DZMR Posterior Zone 1 - Feet

This release is helpful for anyone with pronated or flat foot, suffering from heel pain, plantar fasciitis, calf pain & shin pain. It will improve stability in single leg balance, mobility in squatting, toe touch and explosive power in running & jumping. 

Release - tight plantar fascia & intrinsic foot muscles.

Restore - ankle mobility in dorsi-flexion.

Regain - function of squatting, trunk flexion.

DZMR Posterior Zone 2 - Calf & Hamstrings

This release is helpful for anyone suffering from heel pain, plantar fasciitis, calf pain, rear knee/thigh pain. It will improve single leg stability, mobility in squatting, toe touch and explosive power in running & jumping.

Release - tight calf & hamstrings

Restore - mobility in ankle dorsi-flexion, anterior pelvic tilt.

Regain - function of squatting, trunk flexion & lumbopelvic rhythm.

DZMR Anterior Zone 4 - Lateral Thigh

This release is helpful for anyone suffering from knee pain such as patella femoral syndrome; runners knee, chodromalacia, theatre knee, etc. It will improve patella tracking during bending of knee when climbing, squatting, running & jumping.

Release - tight vastus lateralis

Restore - alignment of patella tracking
